Delivery Policy Last updated: 31 July 2026 1. Delivery area We currently accept orders for delivery to UK addresses only. Our checkout should prevent selection of a non-UK delivery destination. If an order cannot be delivered to the address supplied, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the affected order. 2. Delivery charges Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery costs £2.99 for orders with a qualifying product subtotal below £35. Delivery is free when the qualifying product subtotal is £35 or more, after applicable product discounts and before any delivery charge. The charge shown at checkout forms part of your total before you place the order. 3. Dispatch and delivery estimates We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days after accepting them. Personalised orders may require the same preparation period unless the relevant product page states otherwise. After dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within a further 2–3 working days. Working days normally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. These timings are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. 4. Tracking Where tracking information is available, it will normally be sent to the email address supplied with your order. A carrier scan or delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery appointment. 5. Delivery address You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check it carefully before placing the order and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot promise to change an address after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was not accepted or collected, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery where the law permits. 6. Delayed or missing parcels If your order is delayed or appears to be missing, contact hello.factsinplay@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next step. Your legal rights relating to late delivery are not affected. 7. Damaged parcels If a parcel or book arrives damaged, contact us promptly and, where possible, keep the packaging and send clear photographs. We will deal with the matter under our Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy and your statutory rights. 8. Risk The goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them.
